Seeking an accomplished Legal Advisor to collaborate with our organisation.

Job Opportunity:
  • Managing a range of key agreements, including EPC, O&M, development contracts, energy, green rights sales and complex construction contracts.
  • Providing legal guidance on matters such as land acquisition, FIRB compliance, and M&A activity.
  • Collaborating with external law firms to obtain legal advice when necessary.
  • Mitigating legal risks and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Working closely with other departments to provide legal support and expertise.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-7 years PQE Legally qualified and current practicing certificate.
  • Experience in top-tier or mid-tier law firms with relevant construction or infrastructure knowledge.
  • Able to understand commercial objectives and implement legal strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Skilled at structuring projects and contracts to maximise commercial and legal benefits.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction and operations contracts, land acquisition, FIRB compliance, and M&A activity.
