This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a close-knit team of dedicated professionals in the fast-paced environment of our Outpatient Centre. As Administration Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic spaces, coordinating rosters and daily workflows, providing guidance and support to your admin team, liaising with clinicians, and overseeing billing and compliance procedures.
With a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will help create a welcoming, efficient, and responsive environment for both staff and patients. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of professional, caring, and patient-centred service in every interaction.
