Team Leader - Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology

We are seeking a skilled allied health professional to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care and support services to clients.

This role offers the chance to share expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in the community.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and provide therapeutic services promptly
  • Deliver occupational therapy or speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Utilize observations and assessments to develop tailored treatment goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance client lives
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians to ensure high-quality clinical practice
  • Foster a supportive environment that promotes collaboration and excellent clinical outcomes

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field
  • Leadership capabilities to meet key responsibilities
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • A proactive, improvement-oriented attitude
  • A desire to mentor and develop clinicians
  • A collaborative and supportive work approach
