Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regional banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the healthcare industry.

You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, and use your expertise and knowledge of our products and services to provide meaningful solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent client service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referral partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Drive deal execution through proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation
  • Build your profile and presence on behalf of the bank across the region
Requirements:
  • Experience in successfully building and leading a commercial banking or corporate portfolio is highly regarded
  • Experience within the healthcare industry is also highly valued
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services, sound financial analysis and credit skills, and a strong understanding of financial documents and underlying cash-flow drivers
  • A real passion for customer service and driving new business is essential
