About this role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our operations in Australia. As the National IT Manager, you will be responsible for representing the APAC IT function with stakeholders in Australia and championing uptime, system reliability, incident management, and service standards.

  • Represent the APAC IT function with stakeholders in Australia.
  • Champion uptime, system reliability, incident management, and service standards.
  • Lead the local implementation of global initiatives such as WMS conversions and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with global infrastructure, onboarding, and corporate applications teams.
  • Engage with strategic customers and participate in regular MBRs and QBRs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive IT experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain or transportation, and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field. They should also possess strong problem-solving, customer service and communication skills, as well as a self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.
