We are seeking a seasoned educator and strategic leader to assume the role of College Operations Director.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the College, ensuring seamless daily activities. This includes developing and managing the College calendar, overseeing the College timetable and daily organization, organizing major College events, and collaborating with the Risk and Compliance Manager to implement safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the College calendar to align with our vision.
  • Oversee the College timetable and daily organization to ensure proper coverage.
  • Organize major College events, including assemblies and parent evenings.
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance Manager to implement safety procedures.
  • Work with HR to plan staffing needs and communicate staff allocations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required, along with a commitment to our mission and values.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a senior operational or leadership role, preferably in education. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic and organizational skills, ability to manage complex schedules and priorities, and a commitment to our mission and values.
