Job Title: Factory Systems Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain effective and accurate production management in the site ERP system. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global foods solutions business, renowned for exceptional quality and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for all production order processing, ERP process training and compliance, generation and maintenance of label formats and ERP bill of materials. They will also ensure production orders are closed out daily and any errors are investigated and rectified in a timely manner.

In addition, they will assist with new product creation in factory systems, including cost of conversion information. They will ensure any label data changes are implemented in the production labelling systems and output information on the production floor is verified with commercial and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective and accurate production management in the site ERP system.

  • Provide training to new users of the ERP system as required.
  • Educate others on company policies and procedures.
About You:
  • You have experience in Microsoft AX, D365 or similar ERP software.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in IT solutions and labelling systems is an advantage.
  • You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • You are able to multi-task and prioritise.
