Family Reunification Specialist

The Kin Connector and Family Support Specialist is a critical initiative aimed at reuniting children with their families under safe and thriving conditions.
This role involves identifying kin placement pathways for children in care and providing coordinated, culturally safe support to help families build capacity, strengthen community connections, and safeguard the wellbeing of children.
As a Kin Connector and Family Support Specialist, you will engage clients through home visits, facilitate family link delegate meetings, and work closely with service providers to empower families to navigate challenges and access therapeutic support.
This role requires exceptional case management skills, including strong writing ability, personal organisation, and time management. You will also need to create new frameworks of practice aligned with our values.
