Enterprise Systems Coordinator

This is a high-level position within the Information & Communications Technology Branch, focusing on coordinating and managing specialist support teams for Enterprise Applications. The role requires strong project management skills, as well as expertise in vendor management lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or a related field, with extensive relevant experience. They should also possess a recognized project management certification (PRINCE 2 or PMBoK) and ITIL Certification. Additionally, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the operations of the Enterprise Application Support Team.
  • Support and administer the Enterprise Application Portfolio vendor management lifecycle.
  • Oversee all projects undertaken by the Enterprise Application Support Team.
  • Maintain customer and stakeholder relationships pertaining to the Enterprise Application Portfolio.
  • Evaluate and improve work procedures and practices.
  • Collaborate with other personnel within the ICT Branch to deliver consistent service.
  • Assess and review the quality of work of consultants and contractors engaged in technical support of organisational systems.

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field with extensive relevant experience.
  • Possession of a recognised project management certification (PRINCE 2 or PMBoK), or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement.
  • Possession of current version ITIL Certification, or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for launching and carrying out expansive projects, formulating strategies and procedures to attain results within budgetary limits.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, developing, motivating, supervising, and sustaining a team to meet corporate work outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to provide accurate timely advice, including negotiating matters.
