Commercial Asset Finance Broker Relationship Specialist

The Commercial Lending department is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to foster and expand relationships with existing commercial asset finance brokers. This role will be responsible for nurturing these partnerships, driving increased utilisation and origination volumes.
Key aspects of the job include strengthening ties with active commercial asset finance brokers, implementing strategies to maximise share of wallet within the broker portfolio, and collaborating with internal teams to support brokers and enhance their experience.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong understanding of commercial asset finance, preferably within the broker channel. Experience in sales or finance account management, particularly in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers, is essential.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with commercial asset finance brokers to drive increased utilisation and origination volumes.
- Implement targeted strategies to maximise the team's share of wallet within the broker portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience.
- 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers.
- Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, preferably within the broker channel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage broker relationships and drive lending volume.
