A Finance broker role offering progression, stability & development in a professional & supportive business

**Your new company**

This multi-faceted business offers diversified and integrated Advisory and Accounting solutions offering the lending division huge opportunity across residential, commercial and asset finance lending. The role of the Finance broker will be to understand and manage their existing HNW customers and businesses' financial requirements from their offices in Norwest.

**Your new role**

As a Finance Broker you will:

- Join their expanding finance division and cover all lending enquiries including residential, commercial and asset finance
- Actively engage with perspective clients
- Liaise with financial institutions on loan progress and to achieve the desired outcome of your client
- Assist with growth and development of the finance division, taking it to the next level
- Work closely with their internal accountants, bookkeeping manager and senior leaders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- Strong experience across residential, commercial and asset finance lending
- Confidence and understanding across compliance and ASIC requirements
- Excellent communication & customer facing skills and a sharp mind, with high attention to detail
- Be a team player with the willingness to learn and develop your skills
