Treatment Coordinator Role

As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless experience.

    2. Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth scheduling.
    3. Support patients through financial arrangements and insurance queries.

    5. Schedule and coordinate General Anaesthesia and IV sedation appointments.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

    Manage social media channels and contribute to content strategy to enhance patient engagement and referrals.

    1. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive productivity and efficiency within the practice.
