About the Role

EML is a leading provider of workers compensation and personal injury claims management services. Our goal is to support individuals in their return-to-work journey, providing ongoing assistance and guidance throughout the process.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mobile Case Manager. In this role, you will work closely with injured workers and employers to provide personalized support and guidance, helping them navigate the recovery and return-to-work process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers
  • Deliver face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, conducting community-based visits as needed
  • Proactively manage cases to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes and restoration to the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including providers and return-to-work specialists
About You
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work, nursing, allied health, or case management is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation system is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of customers
  • Current unrestricted Victorian driver's license
