  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, capitalizing on every opportunity to bring the meaning of comfort and style to life.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with a proven track record of success in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Passion for providing great customer service and championing best practice in stock, service, safety, operational procedures, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly personable and confident individual with a strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Consultative selling experience with a proven ability to find the right products for customers and instil confidence.
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
