About the Role
- Location: Alice Springs
- Full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities available
- Various rosters
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- 4-12 hour shifts available
- Potential earnings up to $90,000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings)
- Levels 2-4
Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our Katherine team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and access control systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and facilities
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends)
- Australian citizen or hold unlimited working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and security-related systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programs)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid Northern Territory security license
- Crowd control endorsement highly desirable
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
