Security Professionals Wanted in Alice Springs

About the Role:
- We are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team in Alice Springs, providing a high level of service and support to clients across various sectors.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be proactive and able to work well in a team environment. They will also possess the ability to identify and report hazards, conduct building patrols, and respond to emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems to ensure a secure environment
- Conducting regular building patrols to mitigate security and safety risks
- Reporting and addressing hazards and building faults for rectification
- Supporting tenants and facilities teams as needed
- Responding to emergency situations with professionalism and poise
- Managing contractor activities and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship or unlimited working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously
- Availability to work a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
- Valid Northern Territory Security License
- Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
