About the Role
- Location: Alice Springs
- Job Type: Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available
- Shifts: Various rosters
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Potential earnings up to $90,000 (*subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)
- Levels 2 - 4
As a security officer with Wilson Security, you will be part of a team that is committed to becoming Australasia's leading provider of integrated security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold unlimited working rights in Australia
- Valid Northern Territory Security License
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
