About the Position

You will be responsible for building a foundation for excellence, engaging stakeholders in strategic objectives, and transitioning the business towards increased autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with senior executives.
  • Oversight of operations to ensure best practice outcomes are achieved through effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyse overall financial performance and implement actions as needed in consultation with senior executives.
  • Lead and mentor the team, fostering collaboration and defined responsibilities and expectations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering superior, high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

We seek a consultative individual who has:

  • A proven track record of senior management within private business.
  • Experience in technical and bespoke manufacturing.
  • Project management skills, including an understanding of how complex projects come together.
  • An ability to read technical drawings and experience with 2D and 3D software.
  • Enhanced skills in empathy, influencing, and stakeholder management that make you a great leader.
  • Experience managing profit & loss and reporting on progress to plan with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
