About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Region Services team at Amazon. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving large-scale global projects and initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of new workflow features and tools that enhance productivity and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train, and develop career progression for indirect reports and members of the organization.
  • Obsess over team learning and development, both from a technical/functional and soft skills development perspective.
  • Develop, improve, and share operational best practices across the region and with peers globally.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
