Regional Learning Program Manager

Aon is a global professional services firm that helps organizations make better decisions and achieve their goals. We are seeking an experienced Regional Learning Program Manager to join our team in the Pacific region.
This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programs to support Aon's strategic plan, focusing on the Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of presenting, facilitating, and training others, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description- Program Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement learning programs that align with Aon's strategic objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Learning Deployment: Partner with the APAC Learning Deployment Lead to successfully deploy training calendars and manage end-to-end Workday/Learning Management System processes.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with curriculum leads/managers, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs.
- Facilitation and Training: Facilitate/host learning programs, prepare facilitators/business leaders to deliver content, and deploy learning programs (virtual/in-person/hybrid sessions).
- Proven experience presenting, facilitating, and training others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
