As a Technical Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the Central West NSW region. Your key areas of focus will include collaborating with the wider organisation to provide corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation, as well as software and hardware upgrades.

Your role will involve participating in sales processes and providing expert technical support throughout the customer life cycle. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting technical escalations to resolution, while maintaining high levels of stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in this position, you will require previous experience in customer-facing service engineering. Additionally, experience in medical equipment or electronics/electrical/biomedical engineering is highly desirable. Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a full AU driver's license and Australian working rights. Police checks will be required during onboarding.
