We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our administration team at RSL LifeCare's flagship, ANZAC Village, Narrabeen. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the team provides a high-quality customer service experience for residents, visitors, and employees.

The reception team provides a broad range of general administration support, including making appointments, first point of contact at reception, high-volume inbound calls, diary management, meeting room bookings, first-level complaint handling, filing, and scanning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and oversight of tasks and responsibilities of reception team members
  • Allocation of tasks
  • First point of escalation for queries and complaints
  • Ownership of service quality and customer service
  • Responsible for adherence to processes and procedures by the team
  • Rostering of shifts and breaks
  • Resolution of minor staff issues prior to escalation to the manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as an Administration Team Leader in Aged Care or a similar Health Care organization
  • Experience in a front-facing customer service role
  • Experience in prioritizing and allocating tasks and supporting a team
  • High-level administration, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails as well as in-person enquiries
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills along with written and verbal skills
  • Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem-solve
  • Above-average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems
