The Opportunity:

Fitness First is a leading fitness brand in Australia, recognized for providing innovative and inclusive group fitness solutions. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead high-energy classes, creating a welcoming environment where members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals.

This opportunity is available at Fitness First Hornsby, where you will be part of a fun and outgoing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of members
  • Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
  • Maximize class attendance through high-level execution
  • Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • You will need GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
  • Registration with Fitness Australia
  • First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Industry-recognized qualification in your field of practice
  • Ability to engage with and motivate members
