About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chef to join our Residential Care team at RSL LifeCare. As a Chef, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food operations, including food safety, preparation, and service, as well as team supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead food operations, including food safety, preparation, and service
  • Supervise and train a team of culinary staff
  • Partner with residents and families to create a welcoming dining environment
  • Plan and prepare special meals and cater to dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Australian Working Rights
