Chef - Culinary Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chef to lead our food operations team at RSL LifeCare. As a key member of our Residential Care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food service to our residents and their families.

• Lead all aspects of food operations, including food safety, preparation, and service, ordering, cost, and quality control.
• Supervise and train a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Partner with residents and families to understand their food preferences and requirements.

Key qualifications include a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Certification, and Australian Working Rights.
