The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our Fitness First Platinum club team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Manage budgets and analyze sales data to inform proactive strategies
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff members
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales team environment with 5+ direct/indirect reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and monitoring P&L
  • Passion for fitness and sales
