We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Specialist to join our team at the Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Gold Coast, QLD.

About the Role
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail team leadership, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
