Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive business strategy to expand market share and increase referrals within the sleep market.
  2. Establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and changes in the sleep market.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  6. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports outlining progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes for medical devices.
