Job Title: Sleep Solutions Business Developer
">About the Role:
">- ">A leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services are looking for a motivated individual to grow their Sleep Solutions business across all clinics and partner locations within an assigned region.">The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on growing market share and increasing referrals within the sleep market.">
Key Responsibilities:
">- ">Establish relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to identify new business opportunities.">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.">Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and changes in the sleep market and identify potential areas for growth.">Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions.">Maintain accurate records and prepare reports outlining progress towards goals.">
Requirements:
">Tertiary education in business administration, marketing or related field is essential. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry is also required. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment, is necessary.
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of management are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills, is also essential. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes for medical devices is necessary.
