Strategic Business Growth Leader

The primary objective of this role is to drive business expansion across all clinics and partner locations within an assigned region through increased referrals to our sleep offer.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on growing market share and increasing referrals within the sleep market.
- Pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring favorable terms.
A successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary education in business or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment.
