Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a team of Field Engineers across a designated territory and client locations. Key responsibilities include providing frontline supervision, ensuring timely and effective client/end-user support, resolving complex inquiries and issues, maintaining quality standards, and driving improvements to installation, maintenance, and updates of client equipment and services.

  • Provides day-to-day supervision of Field Engineers and ensures they meet performance expectations.
  • Ensures prompt and effective client/end-user support through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Resolves complex inquiries and issues from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintains high-quality standards for Field Engineering operations by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and communicates these to management for consideration.
  • Communicates and implements process change initiatives as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
