**Facilities Operations Supervisor Role**

BGIS is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee facilities services at a large healthcare site in Garran. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with strict standards, and drive a culture of safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification with 1-3 years' experience in FM or maintenance management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Additionally, they will have experience in compliance, audit preparation, and reporting, as well as the ability to manage high-pressure environments with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities and maintenance services in line with compliance, safety, and audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for the client, managing urgent requests and escalations effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting, including compliance and KPI tracking.
  • Supervise contractors and one direct report, ensuring work quality and compliance.
  • Foster a safe, collaborative team culture and promote continuous improvement.
