About the Role

We seek a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis to oversee restaurant operations.

  • Perform daily meal delivery duties, food service, and in-room meal preparation tasks.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate food and beverage employees effectively.
  • Implement efficient food rotation with minimal wastage.
  • Monitor daily cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas, food preparation zones, and chillers in outlets.
  • Manage administration requirements for the restaurant and in-room meal delivery, including stock orders, food safety protocols, and employee records.
  • Support tasks assigned by the hospitality manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Lead staff to deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and employee performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is mandatory.
  • Food Handlers Safety Certificate is essential.
  • Accredited Barista Course is desirable.
  • MPower experience is also desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role or environment is required.
  • Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a restaurant, cafe, and bar setting is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, an engaging personality, and proactive problem-solving abilities are crucial.
