Transforming Healthcare through Design

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of personalized healthcare.

Our mission is to provide accessible and effective healthcare solutions for everyone. With over 150,000 users in the US and fast-growing adoption, we are turning real-world health data into research at scale - reshaping treatment pathways and accelerating medical breakthroughs for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive user-centred design by conducting user research, understanding user needs, analysing market trends, and aligning with business goals.
  • Help shape the product by translating insights into solutions, and influencing strategic design decisions.
  • Bring ideas to life through flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - then test and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by working closely with product, data, engineering and growth to ship high-quality, intuitive experiences.
  • Own outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking progress, staying super organised, managing risks, and developing the design specialty and processes - including mentoring or hiring designers as needed.
  • Bolster our brand: In the age of 'an AI tool for everything', great brands will win. You will ensure the product experience is consistent with our ethos — ensuring it tells a story and evokes a feeling.

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience: 5+ years designing, shipping, and iterating on user-centric products — must include a portfolio demonstrating your ability.
  • Strong user research skills: Comfortable conducting interviews and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Big-picture thinking with hands-on execution: You enjoy shaping vision but are also happy getting into the details to make it real.
  • Excellent communication: Clear visual, written, and verbal skills — you're confident collaborating and presenting your work.
  • Collaborative and flexible mindset: Experience working with diverse teams and building strong relationships with engineers and cross-functional partners.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Leadership experience: Background in recruiting, mentoring, or managing a design team.
  • Healthcare expertise: Experience designing products in or adjacent to the healthcare space.
