About the Role:
  • Lead design for our digital healthcare brands and capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that prioritize accessibility, scalability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineers to rapidly iterate on designs and meet evolving requirements.
  • Drive alignment across teams by bringing clarity to complex problems and providing thoughtful feedback.
About You:
  • You possess 3-5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a proven track record of leading design on complex initiatives.
  • As a craft leader, you excel at exploring, validating, and executing design solutions with attention to detail and rigor.
  • With strong collaboration skills, you effectively pair with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • You thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to fuzzy problems and driving alignment with velocity.
  • You are adaptable and pragmatic, focused on delivering quality solutions within existing constraints.
