Job Title: Product Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of the digital impact on medical imaging markets, including both public hospitals and private practices.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in ICT or relevant clinical areas (CT, MR, MI, Cardiac)
  • Relevant clinical or industry experience
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel across ANZ

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and customer success of our healthcare IT solutions across ANZ. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical marketing and sales support for our Digital and Automation product offerings.

In this role, you will work closely with account managers to maintain contact with customers and follow-up promotional activities to improve communication to market and stimulate market need for our healthcare IT solution offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing marketing and sales information to identify the competitive advantage of our products
  2. Educating colleagues and customers on these advantages
  3. Collaborating with Solution Architects and clients to design, quote, and deploy tailored healthcare IT solutions
  4. Providing hands-on support through implementation and go-live
