Healthcare Solution Architect

The digital future of healthcare relies on solution architects who design and deliver secure, scalable architectures. We seek a seasoned expert to lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver digital health solutions that transform patient care, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR, HL7, and Australian healthcare privacy standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) and other healthcare platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive discovery and innovation.
  • Provide governance and best practices across configuration, data models, and integrations.
  • Mentor and guide consultants, developers, and fellow architects to advance their skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud at an architecture level is mandatory.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are required.
