Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product design and will be responsible for leading design initiatives from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective design solutions.
  3. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  4. Design scalable systems that enable patient engagement and practitioner usability.
  5. Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
  7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and feedback.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience leading end-to-end design processes in fast-paced environments.
  2. Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
  3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including accessibility standards.
  5. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
