Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, designing secure and scalable architectures aligned with FHIR and HL7 standards, integrating Health Cloud with EMR/EHR platforms, facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders, providing architectural governance, guiding project teams through best practices for Health Cloud configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns, mentoring consultants and architects on healthcare solution best practices, and contributing to thought leadership through white papers and events.
