About the Process Worker Role

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to fill a Process Worker position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in meat processing, including packing, slicing, lifting, pushing, pulling, holding and carrying.
  • Handle both raw and cooked meat products with care and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process to ensure consumer safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a trade certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while completing repetitive tasks is crucial.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods are also necessary.
  • Comfortably lifting weights of 15–20 kg frequently is a requirement.
