Senior Project Lead for AOD Reform

The Senior Project Lead for AOD Reform will provide strategic leadership in planning, developing, and implementing recommendations related to Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) Alcohol and Other Drugs (AoD) Sector Reform.
This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and establishing effective working relationships. The successful candidate will be a positive influencer and advocate for reform.
- Contribute to high-level meetings and formulate strategies for the development of evidence-based service delivery frameworks.
- Provide expert advice on policy and regulation issues associated with the AoD Sector Reform project.
- Establish goals and drive the implementation of AODelection management systems linked with external agencies.
- Lead the development of strategic reform programs across SMHS.
- Collaborate with other project officers to ensure consistent and integrated program delivery.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading projects related to AOD sector reform.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build effective relationships.
