Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently to meet customer needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities to create an attractive store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
