Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to champion our product range. Your role will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Facilitating the introduction of products, services, and driving sales growth.
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities: Responsible for growing profitable sales and activations.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of services and its associated key competitive products.
  • Proactively identifying sales opportunities and closing deals within assigned customer base.

Your success as a Customer Success Specialist will be driven by your ability to drive business value and further cement our position as Market Leaders. To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • 1+ year sales/account management experience in the IT industry.
  • Good sales intuition to take advantage of cross and up-sell opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  • Must respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
  • SAP knowledge (preferred).
