Commercial Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain TBMO SharePoint sites with up-to-date content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capability for automation solutions.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in data or business analytics, with skills in interpreting and visualising complex data.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with TBM frameworks, principles, or tools, such as Apptio, Nicus, ServiceNow TBM.
  • An educational background in Information Technology and System Administration.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management, cloud cost management, or enterprise architecture.
