The role of Retail Analytics And Growth Leader is a dynamic position that reports to the General Manager Retail Performance & Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a retail analytics strategy to support commercial objectives, fostering a data-driven culture across teams.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems to monitor retailer performance and passenger spending behaviours, applying predictive modelling to optimise retail mix pricing and promotions.
  • Oversee the management of large and complex datasets, ensuring strong data governance and quality standards, integrating retail analytics needs into the broader data strategy and infrastructure.
  • Identify and pursue data-driven opportunities to grow retail revenue and increase passenger spend across segments, analysing operational factors such as flight schedules and passenger flows.
  • Stay ahead of global airport retail trends, benchmarking against leading international airports, identifying emerging retail concepts early, and using industry networks to attract premium retail partners.

This ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with over 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or commercial analytics. You will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams delivering business impact through advanced analytics, data modelling and large-scale data integration.
