Customer Experience Director

We're seeking a seasoned senior-level customer leader to join our team and drive the Customer Care function to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the training and development of our largest team, comprising over 200 members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a strategic thinker and problem-solver, you'll refine and improve existing processes, develop scalable solutions, and ensure seamless customer support across our expanding range of products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our e-commerce future and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Care function, driving excellence in customer service and support
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee the training and development of the Customer Care team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
