Customer Relations Director

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the City of Melbourne's customer experience. As the Director Customer Relations, you will provide strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and the organization on how to build customer experience into organizational strategy, improve relationships with customers, and advocate for improved customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Customer Relations branch and provide strategic direction to drive customer experience and advocacy across the organization.
- Develop and implement business plans and associated budgetary and financial management requirements.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Manage complex issues within a highly political and complex environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to build customer experience into organizational strategy.
