Job Title: Data Operations ExpertThe role of the Data Operations Expert is pivotal in crafting a memorable experience for clients. This individual supports Client Success Managers (CSMs) in managing client tasks, data administration, and other value-creation activities.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer data entry functions to support team and company projects related to client operations.
  2. Identify vendor-partners to deliver data projects.
  3. Analyse data to make judgement calls on its accuracy and suitability based on predefined rules.
  4. Write simple SQL queries for reporting.
  5. Assist CSMs with product adoption strategies including creating investor email campaigns and website updates.
  6. Manage the creation of investor marketing collateral using Canva and AI tools.
  7. Owning the hygiene and accuracy of Hubspot CRM, Notion, Linear, and other internal systems used by the CS function.
  8. Perform any other duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or delivery, preferably in a fast-growing technology startup.
  • Strong data literacy and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional project management and administrative skills.
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with AI prompts for marketing collateral creation.
  • SQL/Metabase literacy (or the ability to quickly learn).
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • A learning mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to develop creative solutions.
