Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Expert to join our team. As a global leader in cybersecurity, we protect the people, processes, and technologies that drive modern organizations.

The Role

This position sits at the critical intersection between our industry-leading security platform and our diverse customer base. You will be on the frontlines helping organizations maximize their security posture through expert configuration, optimization, and operationalization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise incident handling and remediation processes across various platforms.
  • Perform malware analysis in diverse customer environments full of new or emerging threats.
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasure execution.
  • Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in multiple areas:

  • Working in a SOC, Malware Analysis, or IR environment.
  • Incident Handling: conducting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats.
  • Computer Forensic Analysis: using forensic analysis tools to determine the extent and scope of compromise.
  • Systems Administration: understanding system internals to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation.
