Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain geospatial systems for efficient data access.
- Implement server-side GIS technology management and SQL database applications.
- Normalize and centralize core datasets in an SQL environment.
- Configure and develop mobile, web, and desktop GIS software to meet business needs.
- Perform ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of Resource Systems (ArcGIS Enterprise and GeoMaster) to ensure timely and accurate spatial data access.
The incumbent will also be involved in implementing initiatives and providing support to forest planning, operations, and decision-making processes. This will require ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the Resource Information Systems are fit for purpose.
